This privacy policy applies to the Baby Heartbeat Monitor at Home mobile application and related services operated by superappsdev (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”).

When you use the Application, the following information is stored locally on your device:
This information is not uploaded to the Service Provider’s servers. If you use your device’s share feature, you choose where to send a recording; we do not receive a copy.
The Application uses third-party services that may automatically collect limited technical data when you use the Application, including:
This data is processed by Google and its service providers. It is used for advertising, analytics, and app stability as described in our Google Play Data safety disclosure.
The Application uses your device microphone only when you start a recording. Recordings remain on your device unless you share them through your device’s share menu.
The Application is for personal listening, bonding, and keeping memories. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, fetal heart-rate measurement, or medical monitoring. Do not use the Application to make medical decisions.

The Application and its third-party SDKs may use SDKs, device identifiers, and similar technologies to support advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and service delivery. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

We do not sell your recordings. We do not operate user accounts and do not store your recordings on our servers.
On your device: Delete recordings in the app, or uninstall the app / clear its storage to remove all local data.
Ads and analytics: Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device’s privacy or ad settings. Google-processed data is governed by Google’s policies.
We do not store your recordings on our servers, so there is usually nothing for us to delete on our side.
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Advertising partners such as Google AdMob may process device identifiers for advertising purposes.
Third-party service providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, appropriate mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer tools may be used by those providers.
We take reasonable steps to protect information we process. Data transmitted by third-party SDKs is typically encrypted in transit. Recordings you create remain on your device and are your responsibility to safeguard.
If a data breach occurs that affects personal data we control and applicable law requires notification, we will notify affected users in accordance with legal requirements.
The Application is intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Uninstalling the Application stops further on-device data collection and removes locally stored recordings and notes. It does not delete data already processed by third-party providers; use your device ad settings and Google’s policies for that data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, we will seek your consent before material changes take effect.
